Returns and Refunds Policy
All items purchased are custom and handmade. We want all our customers to be happy so if you have any questions regarding the products, please don’t hesitate to ask before purchasing.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on my part.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received. You will need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I will notify you once I receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
Shipping
If there are any problems, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues caused by USPS. However, Lovely Tangled Mess is not responsible for USPS delays or lost packages once your package has left our hands.
